Many M2M companies have strong technical roots. Often this
results in a technically excellent product, which can be
incredibly difficult to package for sale. Whilst product
positioning can be daunting, a simple review can increase
sales and identify further markets.

- review of current target market, including channels,
product positioning, strength analysis
- identification and analysis of competitors
- indentification of other opportunities, both market
segements and product packagaing
- rationalisation and strengthening of future roadmap
All these activities can be conducted individually as many
companies have already done much of the necessary work. Rather
than re-inventing your wheel, a positioning review can simply
provide an independent confirmation. Alternatively, it can form
the basis for a complete product proposition.
